Order Processing and Shipping

● Order Confirmation & Processing Time: Once an order is placed on our website, we typically pack and dispatch it within 2-3 working days from the date of payment confirmation.
● Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to the registered shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the destination, but orders typically arrive within 3 to 10 working days after shipment based on the delivery address.
For Maharashtra State: 4 - 5 Working Days
Outside of Maharashtra: 7 - 9 Working Days
● Shipping Partner: We have partnered with reputable delivery services to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. You will receive a tracking number once
your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Non-Delivery of Package
We understand that occasionally, there may be delivery issues. Below are common scenarios and our policies regarding non-delivery:
● Incorrect or Outdated Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We recommend double-checking your address details before finalizing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or outdated address, the order will be considered closed, and no refund or reshipment will be issued.
● Failed Delivery Attempts: If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts due to the recipient being unavailable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the order will be considered closed, and no refunds or reshipments will be issued. Please carefully review and confirm your order before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations, as we do not offer exchanges.
