Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
As we deal in perishable products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, exceptions will be made in the following cases:

● You receive the wrong product
● If you receive expired product
● The product arrives damaged If you receive an incorrect product or a damaged product, please contact our team immediately. To process a claim, we may request proof of the issue, such as photos, to verify that the product has not been damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or prior use. Please provide the following information: ● Your order number and date of order ● A detailed description of the issue ● Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s)

Refund Process
Upon verification, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, following standard banking procedures.
Important Notes

● Products that are not expired and/or expired are not eligible for return or exchange. (E.g. if the product expiry is mentioned as DEC/2026, that means the product is valid till 31st Dec 2026 and expires from 1st Jan 2027)
● Orders placed during sales or promotional events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please carefully review and confirm your order before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations, as we do not offer exchanges.
